I just wanted to sing the praises of Panera Bread briefly. The meal above is gluten-free and amazingly delicious. The salad is available every day, but the baked potato soup is only available on Mondays and Wednesdays, so you’ll find me there on one of those days. 🙂 Throw in their chips, unsweet tea, a triple chocolate cookie with walnuts, and an almond milk latte and I’m in HEAVEN. Also, Panera Bread’s foods are free from lots of additives and preservatives you’d find in other restaurants and the place is always immaculate.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place – my only suggestion is some gluten-free bread that we could sub out so we can actually enjoy their awesome sandwiches too!
(P.S., the reason I specified Owensboro, Ky is because my VERY favorite restaurant meal right now is the Gourmet Cheeseburger on gluten-free bread with bottomless steak fries and garlic aioli at Red Robin, and we don’t have one of their locations. My mouth is watering just thinking about it!)
